Matters of deCorum 
What percentage of people are killed or injured by cars operated by trained operators who are licensed by a governmental authority? 98%? 99%? 99.8%?
That’s an interesting suggestion of a statistic; it might be a little high (certainly around Los Angeles), but that’s probably close. I’d be interested to know why it’s relevant to this conversation.
